Sep. 19, 1952 - Fernand Leger Murals In General Assembly Hall: One of two murals in the plenary hall of the General Assembly building at United Nations Headquarters. These murals were painted recently on the east and west walls, on both sides of the press area, by Mr. Bruce Gregory, form 8 by 8 sketches by the French painter Fernand Leger. This mural is cadmium yellow medium, toned down, United Nations blue, and white, on a dark gray background. Mr. Gregory studied for two years in Paris with Fernand Leger
