Nov. 11, 1952 - New Mosaic floor for National Gallery; A new mosaic floor for the National Gallery is being completed by artist Boris Andrp with Italian workmen. Fifty different colors of marble have been used on a floor 80 yards square the fourth to be made for the gallery by Mr. Anrep. It has a huge border of autumn leaves surrounding 15 names personifying 15 abstract virtues. Mr. Anrep has been working on his new floor for two years in his Paris home.
