And The Singer Who Wants To Paint: MR.ALBERT PERRY who claims to be the world's most rejected artist was to be seen at the Granada Cinema, Toothing this afternoon - after he had made an announcement that he was giving up art - and wants ti becine a singer. It so happens that JOSEF LOCKE the popular singer has decided to take up art and the two men are helping each other out.
