And The Singer Who Wants To Paint: MR.ALBERT PERRY who claims to be the world's most rejected artist was to be seen at the Granada Cinema, Toothing this afternoon - after he had made an announcement that he was giving up art - and wants ti becine a singer. It so happens that JOSEF LOCKE the popular singer has decided to take up art and the two men are helping each other out. Photo shows Josef Locke (on left) locking at Mr. Perry as the latter starts a singing lesson at the Cinema this afternoon
