Mar. 21, 1958 - Bernard Buffet Launches Operatin Spring At Rousset L'Arc, A little provence village near Aix En Provence, Bernard Buffet, The famous young painer, launched Operatino spring yesterday. Operation spring is a competition organised by Europe in which school children from all over frabce can praticipate. The children have been asked to write a Spring story and the best one will be rewarded and made into a film.
