Nov. 11, 1958 - Mr. De Piro Thinks He Has A Masterpiece. Bought Raphael Painting For £25. Mr. George De Piro bought a 72 sq. ft. painting of Christ at the centre of a table - for £25 five years ago. The painting was dirty - greasy with age. It has been cleaned - and it has been found to have the signature of Raphael the 16th. century Italian Master..
