Albert Backer a patient at Le Court Liss, Hampshire, a Cheshire Foundation Home - has struggled for some years to become a successful artist. unable to use his hands he was trained himselfto hold a paint brush with his teeth - but until recently his problems were too great - for he could neither stand of sit for more than a few minutes at a tim e without suffering intense pain and he could not reach all parts of the canvas with out having someone to move it. Now a Dexion farm e has been designed that combines a special prop to take Albert's weight with an easel that makes painting at one level a practical possibility. A simple pulley arrangement allows Albert to move the canvas up or down by pulling with his teeth on aic of..
