Dec. 12, 1958 - Keystone Staff Photographers Receive Their Awards. Photographer Of The Year Contest: Ron Burton of Keystone Press Agency won the title of Photographer of the Year - in the Encyclopedia Britannica Contest - and received his cheque for150 from Lord Hailsham - at the Savoy Hotel. Included in the other awards was another Keystone Staff Man - John Pratt - who received a Highly Commended award - for a feature set. Photo shows John Pratt receives his award from Lord Hailsham at the Savoy Hotel last evening
