Mar. 27 A new Swing in Art.: A unique figure in the British school of modern art is Brian Robins, who is holding his first one-man show of Pendulumns and Kinetics at London's 31st. Brian Robins, who has had no formal art training at all has always been fascinated by the visual effect created by moving objects such as pendulums or metallic grids which light behind them. His present exhibition consists of what he calls Static Kinetics which consist of a metal grid framed in wood which can be made mobile by a mot or thus changing the pattern; and Pendulums. Photo shows Beside the Motorgised Kinetics a swinging pendulum. Kinetic artist Bryan Robins has always been fascinated by clocks and their movement
