Mar. 27 Gulliver for Expo 70; Gerarld Scarpe, the famous cartoonist, artist in papier mache, glass, etc - is putting the finishing touches to a 21ft tall Gulliver - made from 6 cwt of scrap metal, in his back garden in Chayne Walk, Chelsea and it will take a crane to shift him - even though he is split into four sections for moving. Scarfs is producing a group of about a dozen figures for Britain's exhibition at Expo 70 which opens in Osaka, Japan, in March. Gulliver is thew center piece.
