Apr. 05 50 years ago one man from Landshut had the idea to make alive the beautiful paintings in fresco by a festive play. These fresco painting are painted in the stately hall of the town hall. This way then the world-famous Landshut Wedding had its origin. Our picture shows Hedwiga, the Landshut Bride 1953, in fornt of her original on the wall-painting of late romanticism painted by the Munich court-painter of Louis II, Ludwig Spiess, in 1882
