The sculptured aluminum eagle which is to be mounted on the new American Embassy building in Grosvenor Square, is now being put together at a Tower Bridge Road warehouse. The eagle, has wing span of 35ft and height on 9ft. When erected it will overhang the building by 5ft. It weighs 2, 000 lbs, and cost 4, 000.
