Mar. 03, 1964 - The Microscopic Knitter.: 55 year old Mrs. Kay Morris of Featherstone, Yorks, has an unusual hobby, using ordinary pins, and needles, she knits microscopic dresses, coats, and even bra and pantie sets, the size of the head of a match, and little crocheted hats, and even and entire Santa Claus outfit, complete with white trimmed red rove and hat, the size of a postage stamp. For a hundred years Mrs. Morris's an award, and the garments that won it, made to her great-grandmother in 1884 at the School of Knitwear in Dublin.
