May 05, 1970 - Prince of Wales Painting Unveiled: A painting of the Prince of Wales was unveiled at City Hall, Cardiff yesterday, by Sir Cennydd Traherne, Lord Lieutenant of Glamorgan. The work of David Griffiths, it depicts the Prince receiving from Alderman Hallinan, Lord Mayor of Cardiff, the casket containing the scroll of the Freedom of the City. Photo shows Ald.
