Feb. 02, 1970 - The Olympic Posters: just left the printing machine. Photo shows the series of seven posters created by Charles Lapicque, Oskar Kokoschka, Marino Marini (from 1.to r.), Hans Hartung, Serge Poliskoff, Fritz winter and Jan Lenica. The first production of 5000 posters will be sent to cultural centers, like museums, ambassies and Goethe institutes all over the world, in order to remind people of the Olympic Games in Munich, 1970. This action is not part, however, of the official olympic advertisement. The artists mentioned above are the winners of the international graphic arts competition, organized by the Olympic organization committee with the title Edition Olympia
