1976 - GOLD AWARD FOR GERMAN LENI RIEFENSTAHL: Leni Riefenstahl, the German photographer, has been awarded a gold medal by the Art Directors Club of Germany for the best photographic works of 1975. The prize was given to her for her sensational pictures of the Nuba tribe which will be published in an illustrated book, called The Nuba of Kau in August of this year.
