Mar. 03, 1974 - The Puzzle of William Tell was this colossal painting named by Salvatore Dali who has created it in 1933. It is but one of many more works of art done by same artist, Spain's famous Surrealistic painter Dali, presently on display in Frankfurt/M. Stadel Museum. Another Exhibition shows the works of the Pre-Raffaelites and in a third one there are the works of the Nacareans presented in the very same Museum, attracting a real large number of visitors. These exhibition were arranged by the museums new director, Mr. Klaus Gallwitz, in his initial phase of becoming the head of this installation. They are shown until April 5th 1974 Photo shows The Puzzle of William Tell. (1933) painting by Salvadore DAli displayed in Frankfurt/M.s Stadel Museum. This painting was sent on a loan basis by its owner, the Modern Museum in Stockholm. the insurance sum for it amounts to a puzzling one million DM, it was heard
