Mar. 26, 1975 - Lewis Carroll Exhibition at Hatfield House: The Lewis Carroll Society is staging an exhibition at Hatfield House, the stately home of the Marquess of Salisbury, showing models of famous characters from the author's most famous stories of celebrate the centenary of his birth. The exhibition is being staged in the riding school at Hatfield House, and is opened to the public for a summer season. Photo shows Denis Crutch, a member of the Lewis Carroll Society, pictured with the model of Humpty Dumpty, one of the characters from the author's most famous stories, which appears at the exhibition
