Jun. 01, 1978 - Art Connoisseur George Ortiz Patino Puts his Art Collection up for Auction: Art Commissioner George Ortiz Patino is selling off his art treasures which have taken him 30 years to collect some of the finest of African and Oceanic works of art. His reason for selling in his daughter Graziella aged five who was kidnapped on her way to school in Geneva seven months ago. She was held for 11 days until her father paid a reason of 1, 10, 000.
