They were commenting on the7, 000 the Arts council has aid for a controversial exhibit which features, among other things, tray full of animal droppings. The creation, paid for out of taxpayer money, is the work of Norfolk artists Bruce Lacey and his wife, Jill, and is their view of nature's yearly cycles.
