Antiques - Art - Ceramics - Murals - Sculpting

1968 - Very Colourful.: One of the most famous folk art centres in Hungary is at Kalesca. Its earlier white needlework which is used only one colour, was gradually replaced by a type of multi-coloured freely designed embroidery. Another late and interesting branch of folk art in this region was the free-hand painting of walls.Photo shows Mrs. Antal Szvetek is seen painting walls - to make this colourful picture.
