Feb. 02, 1959 - Newness in Berlin during the agriculture - exhibition The perfect potato peeling machine: It is now very easy to peel potatoes and also vegetables as carrots by the Moulinex-peeling-witch. 4 cross fixed groups of 5 elastic fixed knives are running by an elector-motor in a housing. The potatoes cut into peaces must be covered with water in the housing which must be covered then. The motor is running then within four phases.
