Oct. 10, 1974 - The Arab Summit Conference At Rabat: The Military effectiveness of the front line Arab powers - Egypt, Jordan, Syria and the Palestine Liberation Organisation - will benifit from the proposal discussed at the Rabat conference to build up a massive arms fund, much of it finnced by the oil producers.
