Feb. 02, 1964 - Surrey Wolf-Hunt Ends in Death for Felicity - All day yesterday, police, zoo and helpers joined in the search for felicity, the she-wolf who escaped from Chessington Zoo, and was seen in the woods at Okshott, a few miles away. Late yesterday afternoon, Felicity was spotted in a clearing, and shot dead by butcher James Noakes, an expert shot, as it was thought that Felicity would probably attack anyone who tried to approach her.
