Apr. 23, 1953 - An immortal merit- have gained all the benefactors, who spend money for the rebuilding of Rothenburg's town wall, which destroyed in the last war by fire bombs in an extend of 75 metre. In a gift battle, created by the friends of Rothenburg the means were collected by metres all over the world. To rebuild one metre 59 D-Marks were necessary, even from Hait came the gifts. The names of the benefactors were imootali on stone plates in the wall
