Feb. 25 Another Skycraper for Tokyo; Riding on the economic boom in Japan, new buildings are popping up like mushrooms all over the city. The latest addition to the skyscraper skyline is the Keio Plaza hotel in Shinjuku, a busy section of Tokyo. When completed it will stand 47 stories, and 169 meters tall. It will be finished in June 1971, at a cost of 13, 500 million yen
