Feb. 28 EIGHT-TRACK MOTORWAY IN WEST-BERLIN TO RUN UNDER AN APARTMENT BLOCK Next year in West-Berlin about 3000 inhabitants will be living above an eight-lane motorway which will run underneath in a giant block of flats called a Matchless building. The 50 meter motorway will cost 35 million dollars, and the 1000 matchless flats at a cost of 120 million dollars. PHOTO SHOWS a model of the Matchless flats with the motorway running beneath it
