Feb. 26 Under-cover building is 12-year-old's idea: Angela, 12-year-old daughter of John Stanford, builder of Warnham, England, asked her father Shy don't you put a roof on a house before you build it? Hi thereupon covered a site with a large sheet of polythone on a frame. Result: In six weeks his workmen saved 71 hours of working time that would have been lost through rain. Photo shows the under-cover building of the 3-bedroom house that came from Angela's idea
