Feb. 29 EIGHT-TRACK MOTORWAY IN WEST-BERLIN TO RUN UNDER AN APARTMENT BLOCK Next year in West -Berlin about 3000 inhabitants will be living above an eight-lane motorway which will run underneath in a giant block of flats called a Matchless building. The 50 meters motorway will cost 35 million dollars, and the 1000 matchless flats at a cost of 120 million dollars.
