LondonQuestions in Commons On Families Who Live in Fear': There were a number of heated exchanges in the House of Commons yesterday - when questions were asked about the Rachman Empire'. People were said to be living in slum properties - owned by the Rachman Companies and that they were being subject to threats and intimidation designed - they say to make them quit- so that the property can be let to higher paying tenants. It was said that even though Rachman -friend of Mandy Rice -Taylor had died last year his properties were still being exploited by companies etc. Photo shows Mrs. Herbert with her children in the kitchen of No. 11 St. Stephens Gardens, Paddington which is said to be typical of some of the exploited Rachman properties
