Oct. 10, 1960 - The Admonishing bell for traffic victims': On occasion of the Congress of the Federal Traffic Ward which begins on Oct 12th in Berlin (in front of the famous Gedachtniskirche (Reminiscence Church) in West-Berlin a bell tower of steel was erected in which a 600 kg heavy bell will chme every 37 minutes during this congress. it is to appeal to the conscience of the human beings as every 37 minutes a person looses his life in a traffic accident in Germany.
