Dec. 12, 1961 - Bow Bells To Ring Again This Month..Scaffolding Removed From Spire The elegant Wren-designed columned spire of St. Mary-le-Bow church in London's Cheapside was revealed when the last of the scaffolding which surrounded it during rebuilding was removed.
