Sep. 09, 1960 - Rent rebels evicted from St. Pancras flats.: Rent rebels Arthur Rowe or Silverdale House, and Dock Cook of Kennsington House, St. Pancras - were evicted this morning. They had barricaded themselves in for a month in an effort to avoid the bailiffs. Stones eggs bottles etc. were used by the supporters of the rebels. Photo shows the hole made through the wall by the bailiffs to gain access to the flat of Arthur Rowe at Silverdale House today
