Aug. 01, 1969 - A Brazilian architect, Wilson Reis Netto, who has won Brazil's Grand Prize of Architecture, as well as several other awards, presented his plan to renovate Les Halles to Paris prefect, Mr. Marcel Deibolt on July 5. Netto wants to emphasize air, light, trees, and flowers with his design. His plan will be on display in the Baltard Pavilions and Parisians will be able to discuss the plans with him as he was recently named a Professor of Architecture at the Fine Arts School. Netto is pictured here presenting his plans on the terrace of his Paris home
