Sep. 30, 1975 - Press Conference On The Saving of The Leaning Tower of Pisa From Collapse. A press conference was held today at Kenilworth House, London, to convey to the British media the need to save the Leaning Tower of Pisa from collapse, a danger now calling for urgent action. A British consortium has submitted plans which are shortly to be considered by the Italian Government, and at today's press conference these plans were described in detail by members of the consortium.
