Mar. 03, 1976 - Argentina and its economic headaches..Buenos Aires, March 9th 1976: The new economic emergency plan programised by the most recent economic minister Emilio Mondelli (right, looking to the camera) brought still more severe economic difficulties to the habitants of Argentina, as practically all items increased again. Government decided 20% increasing of the salaries but in the last years the increasing of salaries did not compensate the rise of all the daily necoities and so the Plan Mondelli finds great opposition.-
