Mar. 27 The old woman of our picture, the Greck-cypriot Sofia Pandella, 66 year-old, originated from Yaloussa of Carpassia district, arrived with a jug filled up with water from her house which was seized by Turkish settlers. They did not permit her take even her personal item. They allowed her to take the jag of water so that she can drink Water in the bus this what was told to her by a turkish Tchaouch (gendarm) while chasing her off her house. The picture was taken at the offices of the Cypriot red Cross in Nicosia
