Nov. 11, 1960 - Turkey's Ex-Leaders to face trial this week court to meet on the Island of Yassidia: The trails of leading members of the former regime in Turkey are due to begin on Friday on the Island of Yassidia, in the sea of Marmors. The principal accused are ex-president Bayar, Mr. Mender's, the former prime minister, and Mr. Zorlu, ex-foreign minister. A large number of former Cabinet Minister and the greater part of the Democratic members of the last parliament, are also on trail. The principle charge will be that of violation of the constitution.
