Feb. 29 Armin Hary on trial in Munich/West Germany: Armin Hary (43), once the quickest man of the world, is on trial at time in Munich. The sprint-king and repeated winner of the Olympiad in Rome, who founded an office of insurance and immovables is reproached of an assistance of disloyalty in two cases after his retreat of the active sport; the prinicpal-defendant in this trial in the presence of the 19th. criminal division of the Landgericht Munchen I is Karl-Heinz Bald, who is indicted for disloyalty. They are said to have stolen about 1, 6 million Dollar with estate-transactions from the Erzdiozese Munich-Freising, while they sweet in the difference between the real and the pretended our chase-price. From 1972 until 1977 Karl-Heinz Bald work to professional for the oridinariat as an immovalles Armin Hary had been arrested on march 21st. 1980 because of an anonymous notice, a little bit later he release of a bail of about 25 000 Dollar.
