Assault course for Coronation Day horses, Windsor

Feb. 24, 1953 - Assault course for coronation day horses, plenty of noise and flag waving: Forty Household Cavalry horses are undergoing strict training for the part they are to play on Coronation day. They are ridden over a Coronation Day Assault Course at Windsor to get them ready for the great day. Troops make as much noise as they can by bashing tin cans and waving flags. Photo shows troops wave flags and bash tin cans as the horses are ridden between them during their training at Windsor
