Feb. 29 JOHNSON SPACE CENTER, HOUSTON, TEXAS. JSC AERIAL SCENE---This north - easterly looking view of the Johnson Space Center was captured by a photographer on board a low flying NASA aircraft in December 1982. Many of the facilities in central area of NASA'S Houston-based center can be recognized. A Saturn V Launch vehicle and models of a Mercury-Redstone rocket and a Little Joe rocket are seen in the foreground. the windowless facility, second building over from left center of frame, is the mission control centr.
