Mar. 27 The Site For The Soviet-Cuban Friendship Association Is Inaugurated: With an official reception was inaugurated, last Thursday's night, the site of the Soviet-Cuban Friendship Association in Havana. Present at the ceremony were: Cosmonaut Colonel Vladimir Shatalov, President of the Soviet-Cuban Friendship Association and Captain Antonio Nunez Jimenez, President of the Cuban-Soviet Friendship Society and head of the Cuban Academy of Sciences. Also present were: Major Ramiro Valdes, member of the Political Bureau of the C.C. of the Communist Party of Cuba; Calos Rafael Rodriguez, member of the Secretariat of the Communist Party of Cuba; and the members of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Cuba; and the members of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Cuba, Major Jesus Montane, Minister of Communications; Major Antonio Perez Herrero; Major Flavio Bravo; Major Julio Garcia Olivera; Major Manuel Diaz Gonzales; Dr. Raul Roa, Minister of Foreign Relations; Lazaro Pena; Secundino Guerra; and other Cuban and Soviet personalities.
