The American firm of Dow Chemical International will tonight send greetings to the Industrial Minister of Greece, Zissakis because of the opening of a new plastic industry form in Lavrion which is the first private American investition in Greece. The Telstar relations originate from the fact that technicians from the Dow firm have made the special frame for the Telstar of magnesium which comes from sea water
