Jan. 01, 1968 - Underwater Training For U.S. Skylab Astronauts: At the Marshall Space Flight Center, Alabama, U.S.A. an astronaut selected for the forthcoming NASA Skylab mission is assisted by two scuba divers during a Natural Buoyancy Simulator Test. The BBC tests are proving effective in simulating the weightless conditions which will prevail during the necessary extra-vehicular activities of the Skylab programme. Skylab crew members are being traioned for the extra-vehicular activities by going fully pressure suited through simulated zero-g manoeuvres in the Neutral Buoyancy Simulator
