Astronaut - Comets - NASA - Space - Spacecraft - UFOs

Dec. 13, 1968 - Christmas Apollo 8 Moon Trip is still on. Space engineers worked throughout the night to clear up a fuel leak in one of the engines of the Saturn 5 rocket that will help to send up the Apollo 8 spacecraft - and yesterday reported that all was well. Officials said that the leak was associated only with a fuel drainage operation and would not affect the flight around the moon.v The filight is fixed for Dec. 21 - and the three U.S.astronauts, Colonel Frank Borman, James Lovell and Major william Anders, are due to go into orbit around the moon on December 24th.
