Nov. 20, 1969 - TV Camera Fails On Moon Walk. American astronauts Pete Conrad and Alan Bean yesterday became the third and fourth man ever to walk on the Moon's surface. Soon after Alan Bean had stepped down from Intrepid to join Pete Conrad, a fault developed in the TV camera.
