Sep. 09, 1971 - A Cosmonaut And A Astronaut Side By Side In The Lunar Roving Vehicle: Cosmonaut Vitali Sevastianov, pilot of Soius 9 (left) and astronaut James Lowell, commander of Apollo XIII mission, are sitting side by side in the moon car, as the Lunar Roving Vehicle, developed by General Motors and Boeing for the NSA is generally called. In spite of the lunar panorama in the background both spacemen were hugging the ground: the picture was taken in the Swiss Traffic Museum in Lucarne, where the two are being taking part in the 64th conference of the Federation Aeronautique Internationale
