Auca Indians of Ecuador on visit to London
Nov. 11, 1966 - London, England, U.K. - Ten years ago the World was shocked with news of 5 missionaries being brutally murdered by the tribe of AUCA Indians in the jungles of Ecuador. One of the missionaries killed was Nate Saint. Since that time peaceful contact has been made with the tribe by his sister RACHEL SAINT (C). Through her work a number of Aucas have been introduced to Christianity. Miss Saint an American missionary with Wycliffe Bible Translators today held a press conference in the music room of St. Brides Church, Fleet Street, London. Two men directly involved in the killings accompanied her, KIMO was one of the actual murderers of the missionaries and KOMI is the son of the man who led the group of killers. Both are now dedicated Christians
