Augusto Vandor, opposing the plan for Juan Peron's return
May 05, 1966 - Isabel Peron's opposition In Argentina Is Augusto Vandor. Augusto Vandor (picture) wants the contrary of the wife of exiled Argentine dictator Juan Domingo Peron, Senora Isabel Martinez de Peron, who has been in Argentina to head a political movement to arrange the return of her husband. Some days ago there was an attempt to assassinate Vandor - he survived, but two of his colleagues were killed. Vandor wants to establish Peronism, but without Peron, as he does not believe in the return of the ex-dictator. The police could not discover the assassins but they seem to be favourable to the return of Peron
