London Headquarters - Adelphi Building - this afternoon. They are here for the Centenary Celebrations of the V.C. Photo Shows The holder of the Double V.C. - Mr. C.H. Upham who is now a sheep farmer in Northern Canterbury N.Z. He won his first V.C. in Crete in May 1941 - and his second at Huweis Ridge, near El Alemain in July 1942 - seen during the reception this afternoon
