Jan. 01, 1965 - Helicopters fly under Sydney harbour bridge to heralds arrival of french warships. Nuclear test protest. Six helicopters flew under Sydney Harbour Bridge recently to herald the arrival of two French Warships. They were from the 12, 000 ton carrier Jeanne D'arc - which with the destroyer Victor school Cher are on a six months cruise. at the same time a boatload of protestors demonstrated against the proposed french nuclear tests in the pacific.
